Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Dobara finished the 1st weekend with 8 crores on the Sunday. In the first 3 days, this gangster’s love story based movie had collected 31.50 crores. Before the start of the weekend, the trade experts were expecting this star studded movie to collect more than 50 crores but the final collection of 1st weekend of Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Dobara is only 39.50 crores.
Once Upon a Time In Mumbai Dobara dropped its collection in each day of 1st weekend. Movie started the well with 11.50 crores on 15 August. This was the best collection for the movie. The next two days collection of the movie was 10.25 and 8.75 crores. The makers were expecting a pick on Sunday but movie collected only 8 crores. The effect of low reviews from critics and audience was the main reason for the downfall in collection.
Now that the 1st weekend has finished and movie got huge negative publicity in the 1st weekend so there are very less chance of improving the collection in working days. Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Dobara is made with a huge budget so this can be flop for Akshay and his movie team.
