After creating lots of buzz and curiosity among the fans with the double meaning dialogues in the promotional videos, Grand Masti finally released this Friday.Movie is strictly made for adults and one on opening day we saw huge number of them at the ticket counter. According to some early reports, Vivek, Aftab and Ritesh starer Grand Mast has started the opening day with good occupancy. Movie registered 40 – 45 % occupancy in the early shows of 1st day and we can expect Grand Masti opening day box office collection of about 5 – 6 crores. The collection is based on early estimation and stay connected for the opening day exact collection of Grand Masti.

Grand Masti Box Office Collection Report

Grand Masti is the sequel of 2004′s hit movie mast. Movie is a completely 18+ movie and some people are saying that it is Indian version of American Pie movies. All the buzz which was created by promo videos, helped Grand Mast in collecting decent collection. Movie is released in approx 800 – 900 screens across India and most of them has similar occupancy.

Grand Masti lost few screens in the northern part of the country like Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh but in other part movie released with full force. Although movie has got low reviews but it is a kind of movie which does not good reviews to shine.

We have seen in the past that such adult comedy or double meaning movies such as Kya Kool Hai Hum and Kya Super Kool Hai Hum had done well at the box office so there is a great chance of success with Grand Masti. Overall the start is good but we need to wait till 1st weekend to see where movie goes.
