Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz starer Phata Poster Nikla Hero has now completed the 1st week at the Indian box office. Movie has registered an average collection in the 1st week. Movie was one of most important movie for Shahid Kapoor which was searching for a hit. After 1st week, Phata Poster Nikla Hero definitely comes in the category of hit.

In the full 1st week, Phata Poster Nikla Hero has managed to collect 31.85 crores. As per early estimation, Phata Poster Nikla Hero has finished the 1st week with 2.20 crores on 7th day Thursday. Before that, PPNH had collected 29.65 crores in first 6 days. So the 1st week or 7 days total box office collection is 31.85 crores.

PPNH was released in very good number of screens across country last Friday. After the release, movie got mixed reviews from both critics and audience. Movie performed ok in the 1st weekend because of all the hype which hit songs and promotions had created. But the low critics reviews showed its effect in working days. Movie did not get any mouth to mouth publicity in the working days and only collected between 2 – 3 crores in these days. In the 4 working days, movie movies’s total collection was only 10.60 crores. In these days, PPNH only got 25 – 30 % occupancy.

Since this Friday, no big movie is releasing so we can expect some collection for Phata Poster Nikla Hero. Overall movie has become a hit but the makers will be hoping for much more than this.
