This Friday two movies released and both the movies got average collection on the 1st day. Shushant Rajput and Parineeti Chopra starer Shuddh Desi Romance and Ram Chanran Teza Priyanka Chopra and Sanjay Dutt starer Zanjeer released with big names. The weekend was build up as Chopra sister clash but nothing like this happened. According to some early estimation Shuddh Desi Romance performed little better than Zanjeer. Shuddh Desi Roamance 1st Day Collection

Parineeti Chopra and Sushant Singh Rajput starer Shuddh Desi Romance is released in less number of screens than Zanjeer. In the morning shows of 1st day Friday, movie got 30 – 35 % occupancy in multiplexes and 20 – 25 % in single screens. In the evening shows movie picked little bit and finished the day 1 with 40 – 45 % average occupancy. So the according to some early estimation, Shuddh Desi Romance can have a 7 – 8 crores 1st day collection. Movie is made by targeting the youth of big cities or multiplex audience and on the 1st day movie definitely did the same.

Zanjeer 1st day Collection

Zanjeer is a completely different movie from SDR and on the opening day it failed to perform according to expectation. Priyanka and Ram Charan starer Zanjeer started the day 1 with 25 – 30 % occupancy and maintained it through out the day. Movie performed similar in both single screens and multiplexes. Movie has got much more screens than Shuddh Desi Romance so the 1st day Friday collection of Zanjeer can be around 4 – 5 crores.
