After the very promising start, Ranbir Kapoor’s Besharam has turned into a disaster. In the 5 days long 1st weekend, Besharam only managed to collect only 46.70 crores. Out of these 46.70 crores, 21.55 crores had come in the opening day Wednesday. So in the next 4 days, Ranbir Kapoor’s Besharam only added 25.14 crores.

Besharam 5th Day Sunday Collection

After collecting between 5 – 7 crores in the last 3 days of weekend, Besharam added another 6.40 crores on the 5th day Sunday. Before the 5th day Sunday, Besharam’s total collection was 40.30 crores. So the 1st week total collection of Besharam in Indian box office is 46.70 crores. The reports are not good from the overseas box office where Besharam’s collection ewmained very low. So after the end of 1st weekend, movie turned out to be “Unchi Dukaan Pheeka Pakwaan“.

Besharam was released with very high hopes on Gandhi Jayanti’s holiday in more than 3600 screens across India. Before the release, a huge hype was created by Ranbir fans and due to his previous success, movie got huge collection on opening day. But after the release, it got very low reviews from both critics and 1st day audience. Those bad reviews showed its effect from 2nd day. The difference between first and second day collection was more than 14 crores. The real weekend started on Friday but movie did not improved in collection. In the last three days, Besharam’s collection was 5.68 cr, 5.94 cr and 6.40 cr.

With the end of 1st weekend, one thing is clear that 100 crores will not be possible for Besharam. Movie has made in the big budget so it can be another big flop of the year.
