After a more than decent start, Akshay Kumar’s Boss movie’s actual collection figures in the next few days are very average. Boss movie had registered very good collection in the opening day Thursday. The total amount of first day collection was 14.50 crores but after that movie not been able to maintain it. In the next day, the collection dropped a lot and movie finished the day 2 with 8 crores.

After the start of actual weekend or on Friday, movie saw a dip in both occupancy and collection. From 8 crores to 6 crores collection on a day when normally movie improves its collection does not sounds good. Although the collection picked little bit on the next day or day 4 but from makers pint of view, it is simply not good enough. Boss had only done the business of approx 7.50 crores. So the 4 days total box office collection of Akshay Kumar’s latest release movie Boss is 36 crores. For a big budget movie like Boss whose budget is around 70 crores, the 4 days total collection around 36 crores is just not good enough.

Boss Sunday Collection

The disappointment of first 4 days has badly effected the Boss on 5th day Sunday. In the 5th day Sunday, movie has not collected as much collection as we were expecting. On the holiday of Sunday, Boss got 65 – 70 % occupancy. Movie is released in more than 2,750 screens across India, movie’s Sunday collection is approx 9 crores. Boss Budget & Profit After 1st Weekend

According to Bollywood business website, Boss movie is a big budget movie and have big cast. Movie has stars like Akshay Kumar, Ronit Roy, Mithun Chakraborty, Shiv Pandit, Aditi Rao Hydari and Danny Denzongpa so the total budget of movie is around 70 crores. So after the 1st weekend, movie has not made any profit.
