Well Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi starer Krrish 3 has completed the 9 days at the box office and what a 9 days it were for the movie. It has collected approx 195 crores in the first 9 days and it has broken the collection of movies like Ek Tha Tiger (194 crores) and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (192 crores). Now on the 2nd Sunday or 10th day, superhero movie Krrish 3 is ready to enter on 200 crores collection club and break 3 Idiot‘s collection (204 crores). Only two movies Chennai Express and 3 Idiot in it.
Krrish 3 200 Crore collection
As we said above, Rakesh Roshan’s directorial venture Krrish 3 has done the business of approx 195 crores in first 9 days. Talking about movie’s previous two days performance, Krrish 3 has done the business of approx 13.50 crores on 2nd Friday and 15 crores on 2nd Saturday. So in the first two days of 2nd weekend, movie not only managed to collect 28.50 crores but also showed no sign of dropping in occupancy. More than 70 % average occupancy over the first two days of 2nd weekend clearly shows that movie will still have a long run.
Looking at the 2nd weekend’s collection figures till now, a collection more than 15 crores is very much on the card. So after the end of 2nd Sunday or 2nd weekend, Krrish 3 can have the collection around 210 crores. So it is very much a possibility that Krrish 3 not only reach in 200 crore club but also beat the collection of 3 Idiot on 2nd Sunday.
If this happens then Krrish 3 will be the fastest Bollywod movie to reach in 200 crore club. Earlier this year, Shahrukh’s Chennai Express reached in the elite club in just 14 days. After watching the collection figures of 2nd weekend, Krrish 3 is looking a strong contender to break the collection record of Chennai Express in coming days.
