The festive season of Diwali is so close. Every year we witness a big starer movie at the diwali collecting big collection at the box office. Diwali is considered as the most profitable time to release a movie because not only movie gets a release on big holiday but the next few days after diwali also holiday. So movie gets a long holiday weekend and a perfect time to collect big. Last year, 2 big movies Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son of Sardar were released on Diwali and both the movies had made it big at box office.

Krrish 3 First Day Collection – Can It Beat Chennai Express?

On this year’s Diwali, one of 2013′s most awaited movie Krrish 3 is releasing. Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Kanganga Ranaut, Viek Oberoi starer Krrish 3 is releasing on Dhanteras 2013 or on 1st November. Movie is the third part of superhero series movie Koi Mil Gaya. The first two movies Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish had collected huge collection at box office so everyone is asking the question how much Krrish 3 will collect at the box office?

Although there is still some time left in the release of Krrish 3 but we can still feel a buzz about the movie . Movie is promoted as one of India finest VFX effects based movie. The cast and makers of the movie are comparing it with Hollywood’s superhero movies. The songs of the movie are not up to the mark and not topping the charts but the whole cast is promoting the movie in a huge circle. Krrish 3 is releasing in a huge number of screens across India. It is not confirmed but the figure can be around 4,000.

So all the things are indicating that Krrish 3 can get a very big collection at the box office on the first day. If all goes well than movie can beat first day box office collection record of Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express was released on Eid this year and collected 33.10 crores at the box office. Looking at the holiday of Dhanteras and screens count,we can predict that Krrish 3 will have a record breaking collection on first day.

The 100 crores collection will be a short small target for Krrish 3. Since movie’s budget is very big, anything less than 200 crores will be considered as a flop. Everything will depend on first day reviews from critics and mouth words of audience. If movie movie gets good reviews than we can have biggest hit of Bollywood in Krrish 3.
