After getting lots of critics for his previous movie Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai Doobara, Akshay Kumar is ready to entertain again with his new movie Boss. Akshay had pretty decent last year at the box office and at the start of 2013, his Special 26 got both collection and appreciation but after that he saw a great low with OUATIMD. That movie got critics form both critics and audience. So Akshay is again looking to become the box office boss with Boss.
Boss First Day Box Office Collection
Boss is similar to some Akshay’s last year movies in which mix of comedy and action were shown. In the movie Boss, Akshay is playing the character of Haryanvi Boss who fights a corrupt police office. Boss is releasing on the holiday of Id-ul-Zuha on 16 October so the hopes are really high Boss. Specially after all the hype created by super-hit songs and promotion events we are expecting a very good start on opening day. Also the fact that there is almost no competition for Boss at the box office so Akshay can be the Boss of box office this Wednesday.
The exact screen count for Boss is not announced but it will definitely be more than 3000. Looking at the buzz and moolah created about the movie, Boss is expected to collect more than 20 crores on the opening day or holiday of Id-ul-Zuha. Now everything will depend on the occupancy and reviews from critics. If movie gets a good reviews from critics and first day audience then movie can have a long run at the box office.
Boss is Akshay Kumar’s 3rd movie after Special 26 and OUATIMD. One of them is superhit and other is super flop so Akshay and his fans were hoping for a good collection for Boss.
